            Randy J. Schaal has practiced for over thirty years. He grew up in Oneida, New York and is a graduate of Oneida High School. He attended Colgate University and holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University. He is a former Assistant District Attorney and former Assistant City Judge.

            Knowledge of the law, ongoing commitment to staying abreast of developments in practice areas is a priority. Randy makes the commitment to know his clients and to give personalized service. In that respect, you do not meet with the paralegal or secretary. All initial informational meetings are handled by Randy and he allocates plenty of time for you to ask questions. He also will return phone calls from any retained or unretained clients. Initial consultations are free. However, he does not do initial free consultations over the telephone or internet. He gives a half hour face to face consultation, free of charge with no obligation to return.
